ARE THE BUYERS OF THE RESIDENCE CLUB AT SOLE BLU REAL ESTATE OWNERS?
Yeah. Ownership of Residence Club is conveyed through a trust. IS THE CLUB A TIMESHARE DEVELOPMENT?

AS AN OWNER, HOW OFTEN CAN I VACATION AT MY RESIDENTIAL CLUB?

Each year, owners can book up to 21 days of Planned Vacations. This leaves abundant occupancy for Short and Long Notice Vacations, throughout the year. If each owner uses their reservation privileges equally, they will enjoy a minimum of six weeks per year. However, there is no limit on usage. If some owners visit the club less frequently, others may visit more often.
CAN MORE THAN ONE FAMILY OR INDIVIDUAL SHARE THE SAME PROPERTY?
Yes. A fraction can be acquired between two or more people, one of them will simply be designated as representative, this is for tax and operation purposes. This is a great opportunity to share the expenses and benefits of a property on the beach and enjoy it in the right measure.
CAN OWNERS RENT A PART OF THEIR VACATION TIME?
As often as you wish, subject only to the Club's booking policies. Owners have the flexibility to book Planned Vacations well in advance and visit on a space-available basis. CAN THE CLUB PROPERTY BE RESOLD?
Yes. Like any other form of real estate ownership, an ownership interest in The Residence Club at Sole Blu may be sold or transferred by the owner, or sold by a real estate agent, subject to the stated terms and conditions of the property. for the Club.
